You must not use Loop to
- Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that incites violence.
- Post sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children.
- Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Distribute spam, run deceptive or coordinated inauthentic campaigns, or artificially inflate engagement.
- Share malware, phishing links, or content designed to defraud or deceive.
- Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Publish false or misleading information in a way that causes harm.
- Violate the terms, rate limits, or automation rules of any connected social network.
You must not
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or place an unreasonable load on it.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative services from Loop except as the law allows.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to scrape data at scale.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this AUP, with or without notice, and may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Nothing here obligates us to monitor content, but we may act on what we become aware of.
