Terms of Service

Last updated July 15, 2026

On this page

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Loop application and website at [your-domain.com] (the “Service”), operated by [Company Legal Name] (“Loop,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least [16] years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

Loop lets you connect social media accounts and schedule, generate, and publish posts to them. Availability of any particular network depends on that network’s API and its approval of our application, and may change. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create, schedule, or publish through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service — for example, to publish it to the accounts you have connected. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to publish it.

4. Connected accounts and third-party networks

When you connect a social network, you authorize Loop to publish on your behalf using the access you grant. Your use of each network remains subject to that network’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts, policies, downtime, or decisions of third-party networks, including if a network rejects, removes, or delays a post, or revokes access.

5. AI-generated content

The AI composer produces draft text using a third-party model. AI output may be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable, and you are responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you publish it. You are responsible for content you choose to publish, whether written by you or generated with AI.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

7. Plans, trials, and payment

[If you offer paid plans, describe them here: what each plan includes, billing frequency, renewal, price changes, taxes, and how to cancel. If the Service is currently free, state that and note that paid plans may be introduced with notice.] Fees are [non-refundable except as required by law / subject to the refund terms below]. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by [Company Legal Name] and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy, modify, or resell the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posts will always publish successfully or on time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Company Legal Name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed [the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater].

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Company Legal Name] from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction/Venue], unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
